HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you click on an Order link for a product, you will be taken to a secure server where you will submit some personal information, i.e. billing and shipping addresses. Once you complete the questionnaire, you will submit your order for processing. You will then see a confirmation page.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER?
Our order fulfillment staff will review the information you have submitted and package your order. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process and ship. All orders are sent out via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2 Day Air, or Fed Ex Standard Overnight Delivery. You will be able to track your order and you will not be required to sign for your package if you are not available at the time of delivery unless you choose the FedEx options.
WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY & SECURITY POLICIES?
All information we collect (i.e. e-mail address, credit card numbers) is used only to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We do not share any of your information with any other third parties.
Our on-line ordering system uses the latest in Secure Encryption Technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security and precautions. Our system also has safeguards in place to protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported immediately.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES?
Once your order is approved, it will be forwarded to our shipping department for fulfillment. Once your order has been processed, it will be filled and shipped within one to three business days. We will notify you only if there is a problem with your order.
Customers residing in the United States may choose from three shipping options; USPS Priority Mail, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight. Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail cost $9.95 for Shipping and Handling and are delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders sent via FedEx 2Day cost $19.99 for Shipping and Handling and are delivered within 2 business days. FedEx Standard Overnight costs $24.99 and will be delivered the next Business Day.
An adult signature is not required at time of delivery for USPS Priority packages; FedEx Packages will require an adult signature. Orders that are to be shipped out via FedEx must be entered by 12:00 PM (EST). Any orders placed after 12:00 (EST) may be shipped out the next business day.
There is a $15 charge for address changes once the order has been processed.
We are able to ship P.O. BOXES through USPS Priority Mail. We cannot send orders via FedEx to a PO Box.
Express orders placed by 12:00 PM are generally processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after that time are typically shipped the following day. Priority orders are generally processed within 2 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which has a 2-3 day delivery average.
Please note: We do not ship orders on weekends or legal holidays.
WHAT ARE YOUR INTERNATIONAL SHIPING POLICIES?
Orders sent outside of the United States cost $39.99 (and up depending on weight) and are generally delivered within 3-14 business days via FedEx International Priority Delivery. Because of the rising fuel costs and increased security requirements on packages, there is an additional International Processing Fee (amount varies on the country). Any orders shipped outside the United States must be placed on the International Order Page. In the event that you place an international order on the Domestic Orders page, we reserve the right to bill your credit card the difference in shipping costs. This fee does not apply to orders shipped within the United States. All prices are in US Dollars.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final, there are absolutely no refunds on purchases of Phentirimine, Ionimine and Tennuate once orders have been shipped. There is a $15.00 fee for any cancellation made prior to shipment from our distribution center. We will never refund the cost of a product if the customer refuses delivery.
This applies to any purchases on LabQ2.com or its subsidiaries (Phentirimine.com, Tennuate.net, and/or Ionimine.com).

CHARGEBACKS AND REVERSALS
We take all charge backs / reversal of credit/debit card charges very seriously. There should not be any reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If you feel that you are eligible for a refund, please contact our Customer Support Department at Comments@LabQ2.com so we may investigate the matter; we will gladly issue refunds to any customer who is eligible. Customers should be aware that unnecessary charge backs are considered theft and can be prosecuted. If you believe that your credit/debit card was used in a fraudulent manner, you must contact us first so we may assist you. Any and all instances of charge backs may be viewed as cases of fraudulent use of our product and misuse of our website as stated in the privacy policy. In occurrences where we have shipped a product and by using whatever verification software available that a customer has received said product and/or refused or returned product(s), whether or not they have opened the packaging or used the product in any way, possible actions taken by this company may include filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau and/or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of product and possible mail fraud which is a Federal Crime. If you choose to claim that your online purchase was fraudulent, we will use the IP address as digital proof of who and where the order was placed and will be submitted to the proper authorities. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case against a customer if there is fraudulent use or theft of product(s). We will also place your name, address, zip code, your computer’s IP address (whether personal or your place of business) and credit card number into an Internet fraud database. Almost 100% of internet Credit Card companies rely on these databases to assess credit risk and placement on these lists may cause future online purchases to be denied. Please be aware that we have no control over these databases, and once a name has been added it is very difficult to be extricated. Do not put yourself at risk by submitting a charge back. If you are due a refund, please contact us for assistance.

To pay by Credit/Debit Card:
Simply select the product(s) you wish to purchase. Once you’ve hit the "checkout" button, you might be asked a couple of questions. Once you’ve answered those, select "Sign Up".
The system will take you to the Billing page for U.S. orders. If you want to place an International order, click on the "click here" link and you will be taken to the International Billing Page.
Important: All international customers, please remember that every country have their own formats for addresses, please enter your address as it would appear on a mailing label in your country.

Also, include contact information (i.e. e-mail address, phone number), in case we need to contact you.
Also, remember to include $9.95 for USPS Priority Mail shipping, $19.99 for FedEx 2Day, or $29.99 for FedEx Ovenight, or $39.99 for FedEx International Priority (International orders only) plus the required International Processing Fee for your country, in addition to the total amount of your payment.
